I guess I had a semi-decent race. I felt slow and terrible, but I ended up making the second all-county team (I was 52nd). I felt really dizzy after the race- probably a sign that I didn't drink enough water in the last day or two. I hope I run better at sectionals next week!

I might have looked at the wrong column of the vdot chart, so I think I was running closer to interval pace than tempo pace.

No practice and no running. I meant to get out for a run, but I took a well deserved 3 hour nap instead.

easy run with Clare. We were helping Casey organize t-shirts, so we got a late start and ended up missing some of the ab workout. Good thing the team got to do a second round of abs!
