| 10x300...I don't remember my times exactly. They ranged from 52-58. (Note to anyone who is interested: I beat Megan Rieger solidly on the last couple.) I felt great today! Well, while I was running at least. I was feeling sick during school, but as soon as we got on the track, I felt really good. I felt like I could just keep running 300s forever. I'm not sure if it was from getting a lot of sleep last night, being a little sick, or possibly play related excitement. I hope I have more days like this! |
