Clare and I ran with an intermediate group at camp. The goal was to do 4-5 miles, but I only ended up running for about half an hour because one kid (going into 7th grade) needed to walk and head back early.

This trail run (/kinda race) at Mendon Ponds Park was a good way to force myself to run faster than I really wanted to. The next one is in August, and all you xc people should definitely do it! Clare, Kenny and I had fun, and Nate will be back from Sweden/Finland to join us next time!
