Saturday Jun 30

Running long 40:00 [4]
slept:5.5 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Ran this morning with Alex Brett and Jake Bober. Didn't know he's doing cross country! I won't bother calculating pace, although we picked up at the end, so it could be classified as a tempo - whatever

Friday Jun 29

Biking 10:00 [2]
Rode as fast as I could to Ben T's house, and afterwards biked back. My dad said I broke 30mph (driving behind me with his brights on)..pretty impressive on my dinky little K-Mart bike >:D

Thursday Jun 28

Pumping Iron 45:00 [4]
slept:10.0
I was SO worn out from overseeing 80 Fifth-graders all week everyday..
that I couldn't run. I know, right!?

Anyways, I talked with and picked up some lifting techniques from an awesome youth leader who is {jacked} *emphasis* throughout a half-hour conversation, so I figured, since I missed 2 days of lifting, that I could do some myself. We'll see how the run goes tomorrow then!
Note
I found a decent amount of wounds and battle scars, a result of water-basketball, causing a slight stretching and breathing problem. They'll heal eventually.

Wednesday Jun 27

Running 32:00 [4] 4.0 mi (7:59 / mi)
shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Heat:2 Kenny:0
I got up early to run..MAN was that hot, holy cow. That explains my time..
Water Basketball 30:00 [5]
slept:10.0
Extreme water basketball with the Seniors at youth group. I got assigned the position of 'pushing everyone else out of the way', so i have some nice battle scars and wounds to prove it. They are all weightlifters, so it was awesome >XD

Tuesday Jun 26

Note
slept:10.0 (rest day)
Heat:1 Kenny:0
Mom didn't let me run today :(
C • where u been 2

Monday Jun 25

Note
(rest day)
Wow, second day I didn't run. I was so busy today, schedule was filled up. Tomorrow!

Sunday Jun 24

Note
(rest day)
Scheduled rest day, need to run off grad party meals from past days.

Saturday Jun 23

Running 45:00 [4]
slept:7.5 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Fast-ish run with Marcin, Nate, and Patrick. Didn't want to go slow today. Not sure how far we ran, but the time is accurate. I forgot how much fun practices are!

Friday Jun 22

Running 37:00 [3] 5.0 mi (7:24 / mi)
slept:10.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Faster pace today, felt like I still had more 'run' in me after I finished. Time to start going longer! -First captains practice tomorrow

Thursday Jun 21

Pumping Iron 1:00:00 [4]
slept:6.0
First lifting day - feels nice on my 'bod'.
Running 19:00 [4] 2.6 mi (7:17 / mi)
slept:6.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Quick warm-up before hand
Starting on 'Royal Sunset', a nice straight run up to 'Seawatch' and back. Cut through a persons yard and sprinted in to Schroeder. Kept up with Tyler and Steve, noticed that Eric Kraewic is doing cross country.
Biking 20:00 [3] 4.6 mi (4:20 / mi)
slept:6.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Bike ride after the run. Didn't get enough in today.

Wednesday Jun 20

Running 34:00 [3] 4.6 mi (7:24 / mi)
slept:10.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
I had to cut the 5-mile short because of a wicked side stitch around the last half mile. I walked the rest of the way, knowing that I was dehydrated...drink more water!
Biking 13:00 [3] 3.0 mi (4:20 / mi)
Quick ride after dinner

Tuesday Jun 19

Pumping Iron 30:00 [2]
slept:9.0
What a crap day. I had an interview with Xerox in the morning, and then I returned home and had lunch. Started pouring, so I decided I'll wait. Around 5 it cleared up, then started again.

Some upper-body routine work will do the trick for today, 5 miles tomorrow.
C • Yes! 3

Monday Jun 18

Running 38:00 [4] 5.0 mi (7:35 / mi)
slept:10.0
This was one of the slowest and hardest 5 miles I've ran. I'd bet lots that it's from dinner last night.

38 minutes? How pathetic. Time to start doing 5-miles more often.
C • I don't know... 1

Sunday Jun 17

Note
slept:10.0 (rest day)
Today I took scheduled rest day, with a few set of 10 rep bicep curls.

Prepare to see me run a lot; for Fathers Day today, we drove to Buffalo to have dinner at this legendary chicken wing place 'Duffs'. That's all I had for dinner. Ouch. If I don't run at least 5 miles a day, yell at me.

Saturday Jun 16

Running 22:49 [5] 3.1 mi (7:20 / mi)
slept:9.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Today was a great race, fabulous course. I ran it in 22:49, my PR for a 5k. McQuaid doesn't count because of it's shortness.

Still aiming for the under 21 before the fall, I'll be sure to run some more organized races over the summer.
C • Race Time 3
Biking 1:00:00 [3]
slept:9.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
I felt like I had to do something besides run,so I biked around the neighborhood, and then took State up to Harris and rode around that series of houses. Great day outside!

Friday Jun 15

Biking 20:00 [2]
slept:10.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Low-Key biking before tomorrows race. Ate more carbs than usual at dinner, looking pretty good for tomorrow.
C • good luck, kdawg! 1

Thursday Jun 14

Running 37:00 [4] 5.0 mi (7:24 / mi)
slept:10.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
I love summer. Woke up, breakfast, two hours later took a run, went for a swim, and later I'm playing at the Jazz Fest. Racing on Saturday.
C • Good-Luck on your race. Let u... 2

Wednesday Jun 13

Note
slept:12.0 (rest day)
I took the worst exam in the history of the world today. Anyways, i deemed today a rest day, seeing as I'm stuck doing yard-work.

Just kidding, I'm running the Cobbs' Hill race on Saturday, not the Sunday one. My dad wanted to sleep in that day. Anyone else racing that?
C • Race 5

Monday Jun 11

Running 29:00 [4] 4.0 mi (7:14 / mi)
slept:7.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Had a really bad cramp for the last two-hundred meters or so on the right side of my stomach. I'm very close to that next time slot. Tomorrow is that last day of school, then I can actually start running.
C • abdominal 2

Sunday Jun 10

Pumping Iron 30:00 [4]
slept:9.0
I mostly do upper-body things, such as bicep curls, push ups, so on and so forth. I leave the legs for running and biking.
C • yay! 1
Biking 30:00 [2]
slept:9.0
I ride my bike anywhere that sounds interesting. I don't know any specifics, but i DO know that i ride it for a while when it's a good day outside, and it's usually on the weekend. Anyone want to ride?

Saturday Jun 9

Running 29:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:14 / mi)
slept:8.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Same usual loop, except it was a bit hot. I'm almost there to go to the next playlist (i made ipod playlists with certain amounts of time on them, 29min, 28.5 min, for my 4 mile time). As soon as i beat this, i move onto the next.

Thursday Jun 7

Running 29:00 [4] 4.0 mi (7:14 / mi)
slept:8.0 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
Decided to do a test run today, beat my old 4-mile by about say 16 seconds. Still have a ways to go.
Anyone else running the Medved 5k to Cure ALS? My dad and I are, because it's on Fathers Day.
C • Welcome to AP 2

Wednesday Jun 6

Running 37:00 [2] 5.0 mi (7:24 / mi)
slept:7.0
Stretches first
Today I felt sluggish, most likely because I was wearing sweatpants (talk about cold) and I ran one more mile, planned out beforehand.

C • Nice 1

Tuesday Jun 5

Running 29:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:14 / mi)
slept:7.5 shoes: Asics - GT-2120
5 minutes of stretches beforehand.

Standard 4-Mile loop at a pretty consistent 7:10 pace, afterwards 6 training-inspired strides up and down my block, measured with evenly spaced trees.

Still looking for that stopwatch.

Monday Jun 4

Note
(rest day)
I have a Jazz Band concert tonight, can't run. Hm, perhaps I could run in the dark after. Whatever.
I usually don't do a schedule, lately I've just been running this 4 mile loop that I clocked. I have that down to my 5k time last year..(Yea, it's quite embarrassing). I've decided to win every race next year to make up for the past years..ha

This site is awesome! (First Day)

Saturday Jun 2

Running 29:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:14 / mi)
This is what I do every day, just a 4 mile loop that I clocked. I got it down to my 5k time from last year, doing pretty well. (Yes, I'm stretching and everything). I stretch, run, cool down, stretch. Rinse and repeat.
