Blindfolded Rock Climbing 10:00 [4]
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Not even kidding - Mrs. Dorman gave us (only JP and I) a blindfold to attempt climbing the rock wall. I was wondering when she was going to pull a lever and the floor would fall out and turn into a lava pit below us, maybe some spikes...but I climbed it. It wasn't that bad, it was just more challenging. I think the right word is "challenginger"
Actual Rock Climbing 10:00 [4]
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Regular rock climbing, with the blindfold off. Was much easier.

Running 20:00 [3]
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
6x600m intervals, indoors. (With indoor track distance team). Everyone pretty much hates indoor track, so I'm glad I'm not doing it. Honestly, I've never talked to anyone who legitimately likes indoor except the people who had the potential to go to nationals or states, (Tim Marshall, for instance) - and most of them said to not do indoor anyways. Glad I didn't listen to Coach Klehr.
times: 1:58, 2:00, 2:00, 2:05, 1:59, 2:01 - thanks dan stewart

Note
My dad was wondering what the whole "AttackPoint" thing is, so I showed him, and now he has one. He's "Marty M" as of now, likely to change.

Tuesday Jan 1

Pumping Iron 30:00 [3]
Arms as usual, and I ate an omelet afterwards in hopes of gaining some muscle like Josh Prahler, Webster's own Hulk Hogan

Sunday Dec 30

Running 30:00 [3]
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Thought I'd run a lot, but only had time for 30 minutes on the treadmill. Then, it was off to fight club. If I want to start winning fights, I have to lift more. Because I fight so much after all.
