Running 30:00 [3]
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Treadmill run for half an hour, anticipating my weightlifting at the end. I've heard it's possible to be a distance runner and still have a "hot bod" like Alex Brett or Alan Webb (I mean come on, you have to be awesome to wear sunglasses while you run)
Pumping Iron 1:00:00 [4]
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Lifting in my basement - 3 sets of everything. Lifting after running feels awesome because your muscles feel...relaxed? Stimulated? I'm not quite sure how to describe it. Maybe there's some sort of science (Molecular Biology) that could explain it to me.

Actual Rock Climbing 20:00 [4]
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Rock climbing up the hardest wall. Took me about 4 tries, but I got it done. JP did it too.
C • AHHHHHH!!!! 2
Kickball 10:00 [3]
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
After conquering the rock wall, I decided sitting around wasn't near exciting enough, so I played kickball with the other class.

Tuesday Jan 8

Running 35:00 [4] 5.0 mi (7:00 / mi)
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Usual long route, felt really good today! Probably because of the awesome weather, and the fact that I was finally running. Intensity 4!
Running 10:00 [3]
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Cooldown - I had to cooldown, I don't know where the impulse came from!

Impulse = Momentum times change in time
^^ Learned that formula last physics class

Sunday Jan 6

Note
I've been slacking recently, and I know it - I'm very busy, honestly, so I have to start getting in treadmill runs whenever I can.
