Friday Apr 4

Running 11:00 [3] 2.5 mi (4:23 / mi)
5 x 800 intervals - ranging from 2:48 to 2:42 (the last one) About 11 minutes
Question..if I can run that at interval pace, why is my 800 time from yesterday a 2:32? Track is new, I need some help
C • 2:32 2
Running 18:00 [3] 2.3 mi (7:49 / mi)
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Warmup / Cooldown

Thursday Apr 3

Running race 5:22 [5] 1.0 mi (5:21 / mi) vdot: 54.8
Could be better, will be better (beat Chris Mauro, good to know that I can beat him after not doing indoor track & with him doing it; although it's terrible to judge oneself to in comparison, it's quite gratifying after all)
Running 2:32 [5] 0.8 km (3:10 / km)
800, Terrible time. Wrong mentality and pacing during the race. Getting used to track? I think so. It will take time.
Running 10:00 [3] 1.2 mi (8:20 / mi)
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Warmup / Cooldown running

Wednesday Apr 2

Running 35:00 [3] 7.0 mi (4:59 / mi)
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Quick run before the scrimmage..with steve and nate. North Ponds, Hojack, the hotel, craaaaaazy places

Monday Mar 31

Running 30:00 [3] 4.4 mi (6:48 / mi)
shoes: Asics GEL-1120
Ran through some neighborhoods near Thomas with AB, Nico, Nate, and AJ (who was surprisingly not obnoxious today) - a little sore on the knees, but it was vital to get on track again.
