Running long 1:01:02 [4]7.0 mi (8:43 / mi)
shoes: Saucony
http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=2049321
Slow, short/long run. (I ate a bit of food yesterday, which explains the 8:43 mile pace..oops) - Didn't have time to go on a long long run, for I had to start packing for the trip. OH!
I'll be gone from now until the 13th/14th, and I'll try to run every day for about 30 minutes while I'm gone. I'll be in Orlando on a missions trip, along with Hannah Schwabe and Sarah Weigand (who ran the Firecracker 5-mile with her dad yesterday) -
I HEREBY APPOINT JOSH PRAHLER CAPTAIN UNTIL I'M BACK
C • You all saw it 1
C • a bit food? 1

Friday Jul 4

Running race 34:03 [4]5.0 mi (6:48 / mi) vdot: 47.7
shoes: Saucony
"Fairport Firecracker 5-Mile" - Fun! A bit of a monotonous roads course, and also it was a bit hot. Running through the village of Fairport was cool though, because everyone who was setting up their lawn chairs for the parade was cheering us on, and there was a HUGE front pack. One guy next to me had a stroller with twins in it, and he got a lot of "Go Dad!" cheers..pretty sick -

I didn't run it as I would run a real race, though, it was more of a tempo pace. I'll choose another date to actually all-out RACE in, there's just too much going on right now to worry about it. Brett Crandall was there along with Tyler Stachechi, and a third 'Wolfpack' guy. I beat the fourth 'Wolfpack' kid, not sure of his name, though. There were definitely over 600 runners, and yet Fleet Feet still managed to have a successful race!

Thursday Jul 3

Running 27:13 [3]4.0 mi (6:48 / mi)
shoes: Saucony
Route: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=2044226

Ran with Nico, Chris Mauro, and ABrett - Time is only the slightest bit approximate due to Alex coming in about 2 minutes after us (his time was 29:13) - Felt like a decent pace. Abs afterwords!

Biking 33:00 [3]6.0 mi (5:29 / mi)
Route: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=2044238

To practice (at the school) and back - A little under 20 minutes each way..I was going a bit slow

Wednesday Jul 2

Running 35:00 [3]5.2 mi (6:43 / mi)
shoes: Saucony
Time and distance approximate (BIG surprise..) - anyways - Ran with JP, Nico, John Wiseman, Joe Macowski, and Steve Whit for the first 2 minutes, then John Wiseman and JP dropped out. Then, about 20 minutes in, Steve and Joe dropped out (Joe definitely impressed me and stepped up today), and Nico and I tore up the countryside for the last 15 minutes or so.

Tuesday Jul 1

Running 29:00 [3]4.0 mi (7:14 / mi)
shoes: Saucony
Time and distance approximate, again, because I'm lazy and didn't get there on time - Caught up with Nico, ran back to get AJ and Steve, and then went out on my own for another 20 minutes. I've been told more people will be at captains practice tomorrow (thank god) so I'm looking forward to running fast.

Biking 35:00 [3]
Time exact, this time!
Biking to North Ponds, took a lap..then to Thomas, then back to North Ponds for another lap, then home. Decent amount of biking..I'm meaning to bike to practices more

Harp on me to run more, I feel like I'm not training hard enough

Monday Jun 30

Running 36:00 [3]5.0 mi (7:11 / mi)
shoes: Saucony
Time and distance approximate (terrible..) - Ran with JP and Elaina's little brother (Patrick? I think?) - He managed to actually keep up with us for the duration of our run..potential there!! Great attendance at captains practice today.

...slow pace
