Terrain Running 25:00 [4] 4.0 km (6:15 / km)

About half was on rough field and the other half was in bog. Bog was really marshy and tough going because of the rain beforehand. Good training though. Another pair of swoops have also bitten the dust. Really need to get stronger shoes.

Road Running 30:00 [3] 5.4 km (5:33 / km)

Went on treadmill in mardyke, felt pretty good. Stretched a small bit beforehand but I should have done more. Feel pretty good now, legs a bit stiff but not that tired.

Road Running 39:07 [3] 7.65 km (5:07 / km)

Ran along straight road, cut across to model farm road by forest then cut back to straight road. Felt much better, stretched muscles in front of shins beforehand and no problems there.

Ran to lough and did one lap, was pretty slow. muscles in front of left shin felt very bad for the last half so googled a few stretches. Sorted out new training plan, so hopefully ill be able to stick to it. Really need to stretch more.
