Sunday Dec 5

XC-Skiing 2:50:00 [2] 30 km (5:40 / km)
THought about going southwards, but they hadn't prepared tracks, and since it was mild, and soft snow, we wouldn't be able to get far. so we went northwards. Some places were okay, but some places were prepared without any tracks at all. Got reallyt tired the last 13km.

Saturday Dec 4

XC-Skiing (to løvlia) 2:00:00 [2] 18.5 km (6:29 / km) +400m 5:51 / km
XC-Skiing (back-country) 55:00 [2] 10 km (5:30 / km)
From løvlia, and halfway back. not as good tracks. pretty crapy actually. took a different rute
XC-Skiing 43:00 [2] 9 km (4:47 / km) +-300m 5:44 / km
Tons of downhills. Since it is a road, prepared ski tracks, it wouldn't be hard to contol myself down the hill. we came up at 45km and hour at one point. Maybe faster. But the conditions weren't perfect, so i am sure we could go up at 60.
Note
Total of 37.5km, and a time of 3:38

Running (Warm up) 21:00 [3] 4 km (5:15 / km)

Running (Hill-Intervals) 33:00 [5] 5 km (6:36 / km)
shoes: Addidas #1
About 700 to 800 meters per interval. Never liked hill intervals, and probably never will. I don't think they really work that much, but its great to get some higher intensity. Looks a lot better on attackpoint. about 200 to 400 of cool down (running down the stairs)
Running (Cool Down) 8:00 [3] 1.5 km (5:20 / km)
shoes: Addidas #1
