Running long 1:15:00 [3] 14 km (5:21 / km) +150m 5:05 / km
I felt a little to heavy and stiff today when i first started running. Since it was going too slow in the begginning, I decided to go for a longer run than i usually do.

Not as warm as the other day, but warm enough without having to wear gloves, others, etc. I just love the warm weather now. a little too icy going up a steep uphill on a path. The snow was pretty much like frozen ice, witch cost me some time.

I ran a bit faster in the end, than in the beginning, so the mins/km was faster than last run.

Thursday Feb 23

Since it was so hot outside, i decided to take an advantage out of that. 9 degrees. It was almost shorts weather, but i decided since i was sick to rather use pants.

Was okay the first 6-7km. Didn't really push too hard, but all that old snow really slowed things down.
