Finally did something today, got up early, cycled to school .... only to remeber it's half term .... bollocks.

Woke up at 5am sweaty and coughing. Spent 40 minutes coughing then fell asleep only to be woken at me alarm call (?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!) at 6am! For a 7am bus which left 2metres from the front door of the hotel. Had been kindly informed at midnight last night that my complimentary breakfast started at 7am, so I could choose between going home and having breakfast. Enjoyed my hour to get dressed and take the lift down to reception.

Journey after that was ok, and I even felt a bit better (think there was nothing left to cough up). Got home about 12.30.

Not a fun week

Went for a walk with Oli in the woods. Watched lots of people running. Walked one leg faster than Wingstedt ran it :)

Got to airport at about 1.30pm. Flight due to leave 18.10. Watched the entire Swedish team fly direct to Stockholm at 17.30 while I waited for my connection in Prague. Plane was delayed (and potentially cancelled). Finally took off about 20.00. Missed my connection obviously, along with apparantly half of Prague. Queued for 2 hours at the transfer desk to get a new flight. Got put up in a hotel which I arrived in at midnight. Felt shit.

Travelling to Hungary for WOC camp. Very early morning, changed flights in Prague, had 2 hour wait there and 3 hour wait in Budapest. Fun. Then drove to Miskolc.

Balls, the 'sore right calf' from yesterdays training woke me up in the night, and is stiff and tender this morning.
Went straight to physio (slowly) and turns out i've torn the calf a little, just below the knee. Not too serious, but could be if I don't rest it now.

Season over then, no chance of world cup final, very slim chance of 25manna. We'll see.

Jonn Are was on fire today. I started well doing some really good bouldering - my bouldering level has really started to take off (compared to being on the floor level before). Hit the b-wall a bit hard though and was struggling on the rope routes. JA managed to improve another level, so he is now 2 ahead of me dammit, but he has been doing this longer than me and he has longer arms....

Natti natti night sprint-o relay. Teams of 8, but middle 6 running 25manna style simultaneously. Map was non sprint-spec, urban forest terrain, not the most exciting, but hilly and fast running. My team mates gave me a 1minute lead as I went out on last leg. Managed to get caught at the 1st control, and then despite 2 other mistakes I managed to run away 2 minutes clear (roughly). First thing Lidingo boys have won this year I think - pathetic....
