District long champs. Stony, marshy, but some nice open hill tops.
Legs tired warming up. Felt ok in the beginning, not loving the stony-ness, but going ok. Got really tired after about 45-50 minutes, and started being scrappy and losing more on running speed. Winner was 69 mins so not too far behind but it was easy orienteering.
Longest race since SHIs last year ?!?

Bellmanstafetten in Stockholm. My debut for Enhörna IF running club. 5*5km relay on undulating road / trails.

I ran the last leg, and my team sent me out 40 seconds behind in 3rd place. I thought there was no chance to win, but after 2.5km I could see the 2 teams in front. I passed one at 4km, the other at 4.2km and ran like a mad man to the finish! In the end we had a clear gap, to take the victory! Cool race, nice report (in Swedish) here
