Monk's Wood - 4.1km, 75m, 27.50, map a bit dodgy, one control in head high bracken lost about 3 minutes Cowdray - 4km 120m - 25.24, really nice, took one really good fall into a deep ditch. Bracken really high in places Oldhouse - 4.4km 120m - 23.54, nicest of 3, most motivated and best running. Pretty much perfect round whole race. Some jogging between each | ||
