Put out some controls for some junior training, then had a massage

Then in the evening to see some Crystal Skulls.

Chain slipped and I almost fell off my bike today. Pedals cut my achilles a bit, and bruised my calf. Grrr.

20 times 30/30 ints. What a session. Short enough that you run every interval at max, but long enough that it REALLY hurts. On the plus side its over after 20 minutes. Felt like I was flying past the dog and nordic walkers
