Took my dad to the wall in Guildford, mostly teaching and belaying for him, but managed to do some bouldering and a couple of routes.

A decent running training! Ran out from home along the sea front to Elfvik, then back through the forest. Longest I have run since September 30th.
Felt fine, was aware of my calf still on the way back, especially on the harder surface.

Feel pathetic compared to Swisscheese though - 4 night orienteering trainings in 1 day! http://www.attackpoint.org/log.jsp/user_874

Almost did one that JA couldn't be he managed it in the end dammit

Physio, quite a lot of hard workouts.
Plus massage on my calf sore spot which really hurt! Hadn't realised it still could hurt so much despite feeling fine to run and jump about.
