I am training despite lack of recording said training. Will be updated when I a) can be arsed, b) the internet is working, c) don't have better things like training to do

Fell off my bike down a stony hill yesterday. Luckily my head and my shoulder took the impact and protected all the important bits. Probably need to get a new helmet though....
