5 times 1 mile off 2 mins recovery, on hilly - undulating roads up Porter Brook then up to Redmires, and back through some housing areas.

Feeling a bit flat but smashed it out. First 2 reps were basically all uphill.
Lost 1.8kg during the sesh, didn't feel that warm

Interesting journey home. Took 3 attempts to check in, and they still lost my bag. Bus driver wouldn't wait as I arrived 2 seconds after he closed the door to get back to my car.
