Short interval session before orienteering. 5*4 min uphill (1 min downhill) up Arith dirt road.

Downhill orienteering on Le Prepoulain. Pretty wet and tricky. Was going pretty well (albeit slowly) until I started reading 10 to 11 instead of 9 to 10 and got myself properly lost. Relocated by running downhill and skipping a few controls. Slow going! Really fun technical physical challenge (when avoiding the limestone pavement anyway)

Knee injury is feeling good, but my foot is not used to rough ground, and about half way I locked my knee out the wrong way when I put my foot in a hole. Sore monday morning
