Tough hilly training at Dalguise. Some snow up the top, many fallen trees, but a good hard training.

Long climb up to the start, plus some jogging between sections and jogging back to the car.

Variation on the usual fisheries/quarry route staring off through Newpark farm. Drills in the quarry, and hill sprints in Cambusbarron.

Out to Fallin and around Wester Moss - a decent area for a Wednesday night event. Some ok urban stuff and mixed terrain - open, heathland and varying forest.

Then back through Bannockburn. Too much on asphalt and getting tired legs.

FVO night o Barr Wood. Very scrappy performance. Tired legs, and tired brain from day of mapping?

Note

Easy day after 'stressful' camp. Cotton wool time before WOC tests and EOC. Tourism with my visiting mum - castle and suchlike
