Club long run with Artem, Zsolt, Johan and Roman - turned into 15km hilly tempo! Artem was pushing really hard, but I decided the manly thing to do was follow him, and so it was a much tougher session than planned. Around the 15km 'elitrundan' from the clubhouse - really nice loop, always up and down and twisting and turning.

Planned this for the morning, but woke up to 5cm of snow! It rained almost all day and melted most of it, so headed out in the evening instead. Still quite a bit of snow in the forest, and the marshes were bloody freezing. Actually looked forward to the stream/river crossings as they were a bit warmer!

Had to keep moving fairly fast to keep warm, but really enjoyed it. The area around 5 and 6 was really green (old map!) otherwise good.

'Steady 90 minutes' with Artem - at least that was the plan. He ran off at 4min/km speed and got faster and faster! I hung on as well as I could considering my legs still felt wrecked from Sunday. Mostly on Vasaloppet trails. Includes the stagger back from the clubhouse after 20km running.
