Harvester Relay at Winterfold. 3rd leg. Started 3 minutes ahead of NOC and finished 13 mins ahead. Team won comfortably. Good performance.

Rattvik ski slope intervals with Roman, Artem and Erik. Same session as 2012. 5:44, 5:49, 5:57, 5:53 (ave 5:51). In 2012 my average was 6:22 and best 5:59 - so some improvement! (although that was not a good period for me).
