Was going to do 40 mins, but my shoulder was starting to get sore

Sedate Strathallan loop.

Calf was absolutely fine, although still tender to the touch. Rolled my ankle during the relay, so I suspect it was that bit of muscle that took the strain as everything else feels fine.
