Long run with F in the Vertes Hills. Visited 3 castles, and saw very little because of the fog. Not as hilly as I was expecting. Pretty muddy though.

Nice run around Budakeszierdo (Budakeszi forest) and Janoshegy (the big hill west of the city). Bit slippy in places. Very foggy so no views today.

Sprint training round Budapest Citadel. Really cool area - very very steep though. Would make an ace Mixed Sprint Relay (split sprint WOC in Budapest with the individual race around the castle?).

To and from the Citadel through the parks.

Note

Didn't sleep great, up early to fly to Budapest. Flight delayed, failed to pick up a hire car, so bus and train instead. Then fell asleep instead of training :). Felt much better after.
