Shadowing exercise with Will G at Highmeadow Woods, then started a middle training on Knockalls, but was too tired so called it a morning.

MSR training in Lydney. Not got the flat pace to compete with the youngsters, but managed to finish well up due to some awesome route choices.

Test running some JEC relay courses at South Achray with Spongey. Great new map, terrain gorgeous at this time of year as well.

Spongey took us to the top of a great big hill...

FVO night-o at Barr Wood. Great course planned by Jon X. Terrain fab at this time of year. Such a difference with the new map - quite good feedback in general - just need to get it finished now!

Good tussle with Spongey. Managed to sneak it despite going to 12 before 11 and not realising for 30s+.

WU/CD. Extra loop after playing with the SOA gps trackers, then collecting controls.

Steady Cromlix Kinbuck loop. No time for anything more (including pilates) today - too busy finishing the Barr Wood map!
