As I was in the area, I headed over to Luss and ran up Beinn Dubh. Another Graham ticked off, and a good recce for the upcoming hill race.
Steady up, smashed the down.

2 road closures and subsequent diversions made the journey longer than I would have liked...

First day of proper spring! Overdressed.
Usual off-road hour loop from home with the first 'summer conditions extension' of the year.

Things to report - river lowest of the year, conditions driest of the year, somebody has put in a new drainage ditch by the railway path, and somebody has been out with the chainsaw to remove the fallen trees from the paths in the wood.

CSC heat at Dumyat. Felt pretty good, although the HR was surprisingly low the whole race. Nice terrain, good map and decent course.

Steady round Glen Road - Bridge of Allan - Lecropt Loop. Bit of adrenaline after the rugby, and moving pretty well.

Taping control sites for Scottish Spring in Bonskeid, then test ran the men's course. Almost perfect - forest is awesome and only some minor alterations needed to the course.
