Orienteering race 40:00 intensity: (20:00 @4) + (20:00 @5) 6.5 km (6:09 / km)

O-Festivalen Middle distance. No expectations after a week in heavy terrain, and still not feeling great with cold/hayfever. Ear painful too.

Bad start when I tripped over almost out of the start and cart-wheeled down the rocky hill! Landed upside down and very dis-oriented, and with a bruised head.

Good technical performance again - lost about 30s missing a gap between some cliffs. Pretty tired, and lungs definitely not 100%.

Nice race - really nice terrain!

Nice easy run from Dafto. Best I have felt all week.

Middle training – Swedish test race Tjarndalen. Feeling crappy. Got a stick in ear very painfully. Thought I had bursts the ear drum at first.

Decent technical performance.
