Sprint Scotland Day 4 - slightly less running around, and only mildly stressful. Generally happy customers.

Sprint Scotland Day 3.

No actual training, but plenty of stress and running around all day.
Only one local complained, and controls were all almost out by the scheduled first starts.

Note

Have been taking the last 4 days very easy. Was still coughing and wheezing after the Jukola/post-Jukola sickness.

Spoke to Sarah Rollins and yesterday visited the GP. Basically I have some post-viral irritation in my lungs - no infection or anything, but it hasn't been getting better (although it hadn't been stopping me training, and I have actually been feeling fine apart from the coughing).

Decided I want to get it sorted and now I have an inhaler to get the airways open for the first time in almost 20 years!
