CSC final Tankersley.

Good to finally push myself 100% in a race again after a long ankle recovery. Happy with the performance and the result - probably lost less than a minute, in a race where many were all over the place. Good tricky area.

British Hill and Fell Running Relays, Luss.

Ochil HR team 5th place!

Very happy with that. Bob ran a solid 1st leg sending me and Al out in 24th. We passed a lot of teams and ran well together to come in 8th. Shminty and Jamie did well on leg 3 - up to 4th place, and Steve held off some speedy guys, and just lost out in a sprint finish to claim 5th for us.

Stealth night-o on Polmaise.
First night session of the year, and with a slightly dodgy ankle. Went about as well as could be expected, especially as the expected control flags had been collected in!
Ankle was happily actually very good, one or two awkward landings but otherwise no issues with mobility.
