Moray Mix Culbin SOL. Same problems as yesterday regarding tired legs and inability to get HR above threshold. but today I was angry and determined.
Won most of the splits, although had a bad patch 8-11 including 2*1 min mistakes. Starting to fade in the end as well.
Happy with the win, especially with the feeling.

4 week Trimp highest for 3 1/2 years - time for a few easy days!

Moray Mix Culbin middle. Couldn't get HR above theshold and quads etc still tired from wednesday, but a decent run none the less, and I was trying as hard as I could, so hats of to Sasha for a comfortable win - about bloody time!

Couple of small misses/bananas, but less than 30s.
