Short jog around laigh hills to test the calf

Started the dark thistle short course, but had to cut short. Calf was sore but not very sore, but taking no chances at this time of year.

Couldn't focus very well on the navigation while thinking about the calf anyway.

Calf definitely a bit sore - no running just in case
