British Mixed Sprint Relay champs, 2nd leg for FVO.
Fran ran first, coming back in an excellent 2nd place, I caught up the leaders (but got beaten into the changeover by an awesome sprint finish!). Shminty stretched it out, and F brought it home.

Great event, loved it.

Steady cruise round the ad hoc class with my OD team (n/c).

Lovely evening and good competition - half the GB team there!
Disappointing run - not being beaten by Kris, but that I was slower than 2 years ago, had some back stiffness hindering my descending, and was just generally feeling slightly flat - post WOC?

Good race from Kris though, to lower my 'record' by almost a minute.
