Braemar Highland Gathering Hill Race.
Decent field - Poo Boy, Shminty, Lexc, James Espie, Bashman all in attendance - with prize money for top 5.

Bit of a snag when Shminty locked us out of the car soon after arrival. Luckily we managed to get together enough kit to race in at least, and I at least had my phone not in the car.

Ran as well as I could - decent lead at the top, got caught by Poo Boy and Bashman on the way down, and Poo Boy snuck a sneaky route through the woods at the end to take the win, with me 10s behind.

Hitch-hiked home. Shminty hadn't got any house keys (locked in car), so it was a bit of a weird evening and finally got home at about 10pm.

Ochil HR elite squad intervals - with Shminty, Lewis, Rory and F.

4*6mins uphill from Menstrie. Felt like my HR was higher than usual still - not 100% after the sickness. Running ok and judged it pretty well - was within 5m on all 4 reps, and was pretty empty on the jog home.
