Was gonna go to the scotjos training at Stirling Uni, but I woke up and my back was really stiff and too sore to run, dont wanna wreck it by training today, so rest up and no intervals on Tue if still bad, hope its fine for the xc next weekend.

Local event at Mortonhall, started good, but messed up when I followed a line of people going straight to No.5 and there was no way through the fence, lost 90s or so. When I went passed the kids training stupid mark started yelling stuff at me trying t put me off which was a bit petty. Was running quite fast down the path to No.10 and i slowed for the ice but went flying on my back down the conctrete road, getting big cyclist style burns on my back, elbows and hands. Feel really tight and sore now, so gonna go for a 10min jog later to see if im ok for tommorow, very very soar.

only managed one circuit of the weight machines coz there was a really anoying woman who would sit on the machines and watch the TV for ages not actually using the weights.

really bad conditions, very wild and windy, so windy on one rep that I got blown off the path into the mud. Felt very strong but got very cold at the end coz my long sleave tshirt got soaked through and very heavy meaning I had to run in my t shirt for the last two.

2 weeks till prelims start, so training will probably take a hit from revision. Gonna try to keep the main (tue,thur,sun) sessions going and just do whatever else I can fit in.
