Didnt feel up to racing twice today and felt a bit sick so I just did the orienteering and decided to push hardish. Missed No.10 in the dunes by 90s but thats about it. Felt arite. Very nettled and maram grassed.

Shadowed another of my brothers friends round his first ever white.

Note
nae training, at the Uni Open day from 9am - 6pm Did an uber amount of walking. From Appelton Tower, to the CSE to holyrood Palace To Pollock halls via the top of the crags, to Tollcross, back through meadows and home through Arthur Seat. Took Ages. Edinburgh Uni looks awsome and in the presentation about sport in the uni they had a whole two slides about orienteering.

Results from yesterday.

Road Running 35:00 [2]5 km (7:00 / km)

Road Running race 24:20 [5]4.0 mi (6:05 / mi) vdot: 54.1
shoes: Asics GT-2130
Portobello 4 Mile Race.

Ran it 30s slower than January but that is for several reasons, none of which are that I was faster then.

1) Im racing on Saturday and had intervals on Tue so didnt run all out.

2) It was feckin windy

3) I dont normally run at my best in the evening, its just the only ime im free to run

4) It is a slower course than January with several hills either end of the Promenade.

Nice Weather and good fun. Felt strong and finished in the top 20 in a pretty competitive race.
Note
I just found out today that I will get more UCAS points for all my higher grades than normal coz my school is so shit. So i will get on the course before someone with the same grades who goes to a school not in a shit area. This rulleesss.
