Legs still imensly sore, think I overdid it with two long tough days after resting for two. I always hurt after having long rest periods but this is bad. At this rate I will barly be able to walk 3000m, let alone run them, let alone run them fast.

(rest day)
Backs of legs really sore and tight, so want to rest up for sunday. Got a call last night asking me to run the 3000m as well as steeplechase. The 3000 will be tough as the other EAC runner is a 14.30 5000m runner and I will need to run 10mins to avoid being near the back of the field. This is the 3rd of 4 meets and we are leading the Northern Premier Division aahead of Sale Harriers. If we finish top 2 we et into the UK final against the very top clubs in GB. Exiting.
