easy flat road run after 2 hard days. Legs felt great. Running on the roads sure makes me miss the trails.

Tough run. Started on tired legs, got better after about 30 minutes. Cold, windy and rainning. Had good tempo on dirtroad for about 1 hour 45 minutes. 2 gels, 1 Cliff bar, 1 bottle of Gatorade.
