2 hour run after 2 hour roadbike ride. Hard pace on the bike today. Legs tired for run but made it through okay. Plus ran from 11:30 to 1:30 so it was hot and sunny.
Starting taper for Vermont 100 miler on July 21. I am going to treat it more as a rest with some easy short runs with a few tempo efforts once or twice a week. I just really feel like I need the rest. The last couple of months has been alot of work.
