| Kim and I left from the house and cruised out around May Valley, Issy Hobart Road, up Newport Way, and HOME.... I can tell I haven't biked in a while, and I was pretty stinking tired after the UGLY XMAS SWEATER PARTY LAST NIGHT. |
Friday Dec 5 |
 | Running (Commute to work) 1:18:03 [3] 9.3 mi (8:24 / mi) | |
| shoes: Ghost |
| Pros: Good Run, Workout done early in the day, Felt good
Cons: 47 stop lights to contend with, crossing over I-90 and 520, 347 buses coming by blowing their diesel fuel crap, 513 diesels rigs coming past me blowing there diesel crap in there air, cold air making all the cars work that much harder (making about 14000 cars blowing there crappy crap in the air).....
It was a pretty morning, and I think I feel asleep for 2 or so miles... Very relaxed pace, and I think for me to push it, it would be about 30 sec-45 sec per mile quicker, but I was please this morning, considering all the lights, crosswalks, car dodging, etc....

| Felt really good today, which is suprising. I thought I would be rocked after my run this morning, but I am getting a little (I MEAN A LITTLE-VERY LITTLE!!) better each time! I am really enjoying it, but they are changing EVERY ROUTE come Wednesday, and I have not mastered the one's I want to... I have a couple days to master them... |

| This place was a bird sanctuary.... Right off I-5 near Dagmars in Everett... Pretty interesting area. I ran w/ my Zune on so I didn't hear the I-5 TRAFFIC. I saw Hawks, Heron's, Mallards, and many many more... Pretty cool and different! |

| A good session with Coopy today... Made it one hand hold further on the RED overhang.... But wasted a lot of energy there so the rest of the day was hard, but got some good climbs in, and felt like I was able to keep somewhat good form, even when tired.... BARELY... |
Tuesday Dec 2 |

| Kim, Kona and I left from the house up towards Lakemont Park.... We did a few loops at the park, and to our wondering eyes, Strong headlamp, and a barking dog we noticed a "FELINE" of sorts.... Either a Cougar, or Bobcat laying in the field... Kona started barking at the field, I shined the Mammut SPOT that direction and saw a cat of sorts... The cat just turned and looked right at us... Didn't run, just sort of tensed up and faced us. We didn't stick around long enough to really get a GOOD look at it. Having the dog off leash, and a wife that was pulling at me, we continued our run around the park only to PONDER, WHAT THE HELL THAT WAS! |
