Terrain Run 1:22:55 [3] 11.23 km (7:23 / km) +311m 6:29 / km

FVO SnOw day terrain run from McLaren Leisure up to Bracklin and beyond. Great terrain, tough training, good workout. Glad Rog was suffering so I could have a partner!

Run 58:11 [3] 9.24 km (6:18 / km) +180m 5:44 / km

Matthew at a party in Callendar. Opportunity to re-run the Wednesday Trail Race route but in snow. Hadn't bargained for Storm Gertrude's efforts - tracks blocked in two sections. Ange was lucky!

Mountain Bike 35:00 [2]

Passat in for MOT at D&G Perth - rode into work from there - wind assisted for most of it, North Inch under water so some backtracking done. Out of shape on a bike!
5 PM

Mountain Bike 36:00 [2] 11.0 km (3:16 / km)

Cycle to get the car - hadn't expected the river Tay to have burst its banks and completely flooded North Inch and more. Extra detouring required.
Car MOT successful!

Run hills 36:16 [3] 5.9 km (6:09 / km)

Down the River Darn Path to do hill intervals up the Rhody path. Sadly my body is too battered from yesterday's race (pulled a groin muscle when sliding on a bend yesterday) so I tried one hill climb - 5:27 and turned it into a recovery run. Knackered.

Run race 36:39 [4] 8.31 km (4:25 / km) +195m 3:57 / km

Trossachs Trail Night Race No.2 at Coilhallan, Callendar.
Banter start from me into serious oxygen debt as my body realised I hadn't warmed up well enough. In pain thereafter. In no man's land for most of the run and just concentrating on pushing hard and not retiring. Snowing into my face meant I couldn't see a thing on the last downhill! Not at all fun at the time but good training. Tracks a bit harder than I was hoping for but hopefully I'm still in one piece and can train tomorrow. Will ran well.

Run intervals 37:30 [3] 7.6 km (4:56 / km)

8 x 2/1 with 8 mins warm up and shorter warm down. Hard to get going but enjoyed it once I did. Seriously wet.
