Putting out the Start with Ali then running part of the "Big" course before running out of steam and needing to get home.

Hats off to Tessa and Murray for a full-on weekend of competition.

Running the middle event at Balmacara followed by the moving of a yo-yo control. Tough terrain!

Short race at the Plock, Kyle of Lochalsh.
Great fun! I actually managed to run some of it ;-)

Too nice to net enjoy a run at lunch - Birnam Hill route, clockwise. Failed to run all the way. Combo of self-preservation and excessive weight.
