Helping tape and sign the Stirling Toughest event this morning, organised by Scott Fraser & Iain Donnan. Cracking venue at the Cowanes Hall and cracking wee course. So much so Scott easily persuaded me to take part. I only had some naff trainers but enjoyed the hilly route all the same. Well hosted event with loads of grub afterwards!

Checking out Birnam Wood as a possible extension to Birnam Hill. Sadly, this is w worked forest and there wasn't much potential apart from Duncan's Hill - that iconic tiny spot where Duncan's army stayed before hacking down the forest to leave for Dunsinane (Macbeth). 'Fear not, till Birnam wood

Work jolly to Glentress. About on hour of biking if you take out the faff. From gorgeous sunlit sections to 2 inch solid ice sections ;-P
