Lossiemouth East. Beautiful forest, just being too tentative with calf and not attacking.

Usual Lossiemouth area. Tentative round the streets and then hard from thereafter..... I know where I could find a minute,

SOA Nights Darnaway.
Priority 1 - protect calf and don't get injured.
Priority 2 - Don't stuff up.

Failed dramatically at 2. Pants!

Ran 7.7k faffed about 5 controls, got stuck in lots of poorly mapped veg!

Club La Santa 8 to 16th feb

Did about 10 hours of exercise. Nothing of note. Trying to rebuild calf and avoid further issues. Pulled groin playing youngsters at Badminton!
