Orienteering race 1:18:00 [4] 5.8 km (13:27 / km) +450m 9:41 / km

Trossachs Race.
Half asleep when started and so wandered off aimlessly to one. Stumbled near two but then failed to find it when going there again - well hidden.
Big Jon showed me it eventually but it was game over for a decent result.
Took a variety of different route choices over Jon and was back ahead from the road crossing only to fail big time at 10. Brad for company thereafter which made a pleasant end to a fun race. Always challenging, always tough, always fun.

Hanging canes and kites for tomorrow's Middle Race on South Achray. The river's high but the vegetation isn't. Should be grand!

Hills with Ben and Rog. Not feeling 100% (busy end of year work madness) but not really an excuse to skip. Worked hard and did OK. Lots of Ochils doing reps and runs all about us - pretty cool!
