A progression run from Coylumbridge to Loch Morlich beach via Cairngorm footbridge. Trying to juggle keeping down porridge and over-tight calfs.
Lovely morning for it but the tracks were a bit too fast and hard....
Followed by kayaking with the kids whilst Mum swam.

Grantown-Forres-Kinloss-Roseisle where the family were mtb'ing. Hoping for a supporting wind but instead buffeted by a strong westerly until Forres. Great use when I turned east. Working hard.
Moravian club champs taking place when I got there. A bit cold for beach, managed to persuade the family to go to Logie Steading instead. Fab place!

A bimble round free church wood. Head cold and feeling rough.

Tour of Anagach on my favourite tiny trails. Glorious! Ended up at the beach, followed by bilberry and raspberry picking. This is the life!
