Been feeling a bit under the weather for a while. Calfs very sore and achey too. So, happily resigned myself to a family-focused weekend. Enjoyed front row seats at the World Badminton Champs semi-finals on Saturday, gardening and rhododendron tunnel & den building in the aft and then more crazy gardening Sunday am before crazy M's 8th birthday party outdoor fun. Knackered. No running required.

Been feeling crap since running with Brad. Getting out today was quite an effort but I needed to keep loose and get some stretching in after (tight left hip flexor still).
Some wine later might help :-)

A run with Bradski up to the Gathering Stane and round the back woods. Very muggy weather and Brad making me work a tad harder than normal :-)
