Two ascents of Dumyat from the shoulder. Up and down the main track then up and down the quad track (much tougher going but better for the mind!). Crashed and burned in the boggy bits on the way down leg 1.
Almost brought my breakfast up. Good session.
Stopped to shake the hand of the man who first undertook the sub-1 hour challenge back in 1975 ! Respect!
