Orienteering 34:17 [3] 3.8 km (9:01 / km) +120m 7:48 / km

SOL at Drummond Hill.
Knew I didn't have the ability to run S Brown so changed down to green and took it steady. Faffinf at 1, keeping an eye on Matthew who had started at the same time. Ok thereafter, just being delicate and not forcing the legs (protecting the injury) did fine until the track at the end which it didn't like! Lovely forest, great course (could have done with a long leg), dated map - but all fun.

Out to Braco then Greenloaning and up Sheriffmuir. Like this route. A brisk SW but nice and dry. Fun!
