Orienteering race 1:09:00 [4] 9.58 km (7:12 / km) +250m 6:22 / km

Compass Sport Trophy, Clyde - Dunrodd Hill.
My God that was tough! Bog covered by rapidly melting, slippy snow. My little legs worked as hard as they could but it wasn't anywhere near as good as the big boys. (Rog & Dave). Then I had to rush straight to the start and shadow Hannah (remotely) round her course.
The day completely wiped me out. Shows that I'm not as fit as I'd like to be. Good training.

Terrain run up to the Gathering Stone.
Just 30 mins I said. Obviously enjoying it too much. Terrain much better than the mud-fest paths!

Down to the Darn Path (River) and on to BofA. Over river and climb back up to Gallowhill then back across Darn and up Rhodey path and home the back way.
