After the Kinbuck Beer Festival and a poor night's sleep I wasn't sure I'd manage anything, but needs must. Very slow and steady down the Allan and various hills, taking in the marathon at B of A before climbing Minewoods and the FC forest. Couldnt face Dumyat after this so headed home.

A wee trot to check out Polmont Woods while Hannah was kicking butts at soccer.

Run 1:34:42 [3] 13.23 km (7:09 / km) +500m 6:01 / km

Into the Ochills. From the Jerah track up to the col then out following the quad track to the fence line. Right, to bag Colsnaur then dog leg back and the tough climb up to Blairdennan. Then down over the lumps and bumps and cross country to join the Jerah track to finish. Sweating buckets and struggling to keep running, but I did.
Survived the run but cramped up on my way to the Waste Recycling Centre - nearly came off on a bend! :-) Then digging for compost.

A quick lunch run round the grounds. 3.5 laps where I raced the middle lap hard. Now I know what to beat: 7:23.

Attempted to do the Braco - Sheriffmuir Loop but realised it was blowing a hooley way too much so bailed at Kinbuck and came back on the Auchinlay Road. Disappointed.

Wildcat Trail in Newtonmore from the Folk Museum. Loevely day for this, cracking trail, beautiful views. Grand weekend.
